The Lagos state police command said it has
arrested one Yusuf Bello, a 38-year old native of Gwoza in Borno state known to
be wearing a fake military uniform to carry passengers to various origin and destinations.

In a statement, the Lagos state police public
relation officer Dsp Bala Elkana said operatives of Alagado police state on
enforcement of restriction on motorcycles along moshalasi  bus stop Agege motorway where it intercepted
one Yusuf Bello dressed in military uniform 
and carrying a passenger on an unregistered Bajaj motorcycles

He said the suspect usually carries
passengers from Apapa to Agege up to Ogun state adding that the suspect was
arrested and motorcycle impounded.

“Peers of military uniform were equally
recovered from him with fake military identity card”

The spokesman said investigation is ongoing
to ascertain the source of the military uniform and the link the suspect has
with other criminal activities  like
traffic robbery.

Meanwhile, command had also one Dauda
Tijani, a 42-year-old with residence at
23 omomwunmi street orege in Ajegunle for being in possession human skull.

The statement put further that operatives from area E” Command during it a routine check on patrol intercepted one Dauda Tijani in possession of  human skull.

Elkana said the suspect had confessed that
he  was sent by one herbalist identified
as olawale shodolamu (70yrs) bill to collect the human skull from a cemetery

He said the herbalist was also arrested
adding that the herbalist claimed he bought the human skull from one Seun Falana,
a 37-year-old staff of  trinity cemetery located
in Ajegunle at the sum of ten thousand Naira only, and that he usually grinds
the human skull together with other substances to prepare herbs and charms for his customers.

Elkana said the third suspect was equally
arrested, and that he had confessed digging out graves to remove human skulls
to sell to a herbalist.

He said an investigation is ongoing and that
suspects will soon be charged to court.
