Urban Express News Online brings you the results of Match Day 6 of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers in the African zone, played on Monday.

In Group I, Ghana defeated Madagascar 3-0 at the Al Hoceima Grand Stadium.

A brace from Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey and a goal from West Ham United’s Mohammed Kudus secured the victory.

Also, the Central African Republic played a 0-0 draw with Mali.

In the other Group H fixtures, Namibia played 1-1 with Equatorial Guinea, Liberia defeated São Tomé and Príncipe 2-1, and Tunisia won 2-0 against Malawi.

In Group F, Côte d’Ivoire defeated Gambia 1-0.

In Group A, Ethiopia thrashed Djibouti 6-1, and Guinea-Bissau lost 1-2 against Burkina Faso.

Meanwhile, more matches will be played today, as Nigeria will tackle Zimbabwe, and Benin Republic will face South Africa.
