Newcastle United have identified seven strikers as potential replacements for Alexander Isak.
Isak wants to leave the Magpies this summer transfer window for Liverpool.
The Sweden international has not played a game for Newcastle so far this season.
As a result, Newcastle United manager Eddie Howe and the club’s transfer chiefs are keen to bring in a new striker before Monday’s transfer window deadline.
Newcastle had a £50m bid for Wolves’ Jorgen Strand Larsen last week in their latest attempt to sign a new attacker amid the uncertainty surrounding Isak’s future at St James’ Park.
According to The Athletic, the names of strikers on Newcastle’s watch-list in recent weeks are Jorgen Strand Larsen, Yoane Wissa and Nicolas Jackson.
Others include- Goncalo Ramos, Samu Aghehowa, Rodrigo Muniz and Alexander Sorloth.
