But he is not skilful. Palmer has pure skills.“Iliman Ndiaye is the most skilful player in the Premier League.”Ndiaye has scored four goals and provided two assists in eighteen matches across all competitions for Everton this season.The 25-year-old joined David Moyes’ side from French Ligue 1 club Marseille in 2024.
