The Cranes of Uganda refused to train on Saturday as they protested the non-payment of their allowance, Urban Express News reports.The players, according to reports, also want clarity on their earnings for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.They are reportedly owed allowances from the AFCON 2025 qualifiers.President of the Uganda Football Association, David Magogo, has reportedly stepped in to resolve the situation.Uganda will open its campaign against former champions, the Carthage Eagles of Tunisia, in Fès on Tuesday.The Cranes will also face three-time champions Nigeria and regional rivals, Tanzania, in the same group.
