The Kaduna State Commandant of Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), CC Panam Musa Buba, has commended the leadership of NSCDC Kaduna Co-operative Investment and Credit Society, led by Chief Superintendent of Corps Titus Williams, for their unwavering commitment and result-oriented manner in which they have piloted the affairs of the cooperatives
CC Panam Musa Buba stated this during the Annual General Meeting of the cooperative members held at the Command’s headquarters, Kurmin Mashi, Kaduna, on May 7, 2026
CC Panam Musa Buba, who is also the patron of the cooperative, said that since he assumed office, he has steadily monitored the conduct of the leadership of the cooperative executives, and was highly impressed with their performance.
” I wish to commend the President, CSC Titus Williams Hassan, and the entire Executive Committee for their transparent, inclusive, and result-oriented manner in which they have stewarded the affairs of this society since the assumption of office.
” Decentralisation of operations, diversification into agriculture, improved liquidity, and the significant increase in membership base are achievements worthy of recognition.” CC Panam Musa Buba further said
He further appreciated all members who have remained faithful in their contributions and in their repayment obligations, adding that, ” A cooperative thrives only on the discipline and trustworthiness of its members.
Earlier in his welcome address, the President of Kaduna NSCDC Cooperative Investment and Credit Society, CSC Williams Titus Hassan, said they have significantly progressed towards taking the cooperative to the promised land, just as he solicited the support of all members

Highlights of the meeting were the presentation of Cheques to a retired officer and the next of kin to a deceased personnel.
