Aston Villa on Thursday eliminated Nottingham Forest from the UEFA Europa League semi-final encounter.
Unai Emery’s side won 4-0 against their Premier League rivals at Villa Park to qualify for the final.
Aston Villa progressed to the Europa League final on a 4-1 aggregate victory, having lost the first leg 1-0 last week.
They will now face Freiburg in the Europa League final slated for May 20.
Freiburg booked their place in the Europa League final after beating Braga 3-1 in the second leg of the semi-final, played at home on Thursday.
The German Bundesliga side progressed to the final on a 4-3 aggregate win, having lost 2-1 in the semi-final first leg
