Chelsea have announced transfer deals for the likes of Harvey Vale, Somto Boniface, Zak Sturge and Travis Akomeah.

In a post via their website in the early hours of Tuesday morning, the Premier League west London club stated that the four players have left Chelsea on permanent and loan deals, respectively.

Vale completed a permanent transfer to Championship club Queens Park Rangers. He signed his first professional contract in September 2020 and featured twice for Chelsea this season under manager Enzo Maresca.

Boniface, for his part, completed a transfer to Ipswich Town. He joined the Blues as an Under-9 and featured for their Under-18s and Under-21s sides.

Akomeah, meanwhile, joined Championship side Watford. The defender joined the Blues as an Under-16 from the Hornets.

As for Sturge, he will spend the remainder of the season on loan at Championship club Millwall. The defender joined the Premier League west London club in August 2022 and spent time on loan last season at Peterborough United.
