Former Italian sporting director, Enrico Fedele has urged Atalanta to sell their winger Ademola Lookman this summer transfer window.
Fedele also compared Lookman to Paris Saint-Germain winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, insisting that the Nigeria international is not far behind the Georgian in terms of quality.
Lookman has been linked with a summer move to Napoli and Arsenal, respectively.
However, Fedele believes the 27-year-old would be a good replacement for Kvaratskhelia at Napoli.
Recall that Kvaratskhelia made a big-money move to PSG in January 2025.
“Would Lookman leap in quality? Yes,” Fedele said on Radio Marte, as reported by Area Napoli.
“His contract is not long, and yet he has a high price. Atalanta must sell him.
“Furthermore, he is a player who is getting close to Kvara, various situations could be favourable to his arrival in Campania,” he stated.
Lookman joined Atalanta in the summer of 2022 and has enjoyed a stellar spell at the Bergamo-based club so far.
