Urban Express News Online reports that a video clip had gone viral on Social media revealing Soldiers manhandling civilians.

The incident triggered an outcry with calls for action against the erring soldiers.

Reacting, the army in a statement posted on its official X handle on Wednesday said the soldiers are already in custody.
