Arsenal have made an approach to sign Real Madrid midfielder, Arda Guler for their manager Mikel Arteta.
According to Sport, the Premier League North London club have contacted Guler’s entourage to get an understanding of his situation at Madrid and gauge his interest in a potential move to the Gunners.
Güler is unhappy with his current situation at Real Madrid and the midfielder is keen to get more playing time for Los Blancos.
The Turkish international joined Real Madrid from Fenerbahce last year.
He made 12 appearances in his debut season in La Liga.
But the 19-year-old has struggled to secure a regular role at Carlo Ancelotti’s side after impressing for Turkey at Euro 2024 in the summer.
He has started just three of Real Madrid’s games across all competitions so far this season.
