Juventus legend Alessandro Del Piero has predicted that Paris Saint-Germain to win the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup.
Del Piero believes the French Ligue 1 champions will emerge victorious next month, having recently won the UEFA Champions League some weeks ago.
The Italian spoke during an appearance on ANTV via JuventusNews24.
However, for Del Piero’s prediction to come to pass, PSG will have to first beat Inter Miami in the Round of 16 on Sunday evening to stand any chances of progressing in the competition.
Should the Parisians beat the Major League Soccer side, they will advance to the quarter-final of the Club World Cup.
“Who will win the Club World Cup? Juventus! This is my dream, but I don’t think it can happen,” Del Piero said.
He added, “For me, PSG will emerge victorious.”
The kick-off time for PSG vs. Inter Miami is 5 p.m., Nigerian time.
