Chelsea legend, John Terry, has expressed his love for teenage Brazilian attacker, Willian, following the Blues’ 2-1 win over Liverpool in the Premier League on Saturday.
The former Chelsea captain singled out two players for praise following the result.
Moises Caicedo put the home side in front at half-time, and Cody Gakpo equalised for Liverpool.
Both sides looked to have settled for a draw, but Estevao Willian netted a 95th-minute winner to secure a 2-1 victory for the Blues at Stamford Bridge.
Spanish left-back, Marc Cucurella, kept Liverpool’s main man, Mohamed Salah quiet before providing the match-winning assist for Estevao
Terry hailed the impressive performance of both Estevao and Cucurella.
“Love him (Estevao) already,” Terry posted on his Instagram story along with a photo of the Brazilian teenager.
The former England defender added, “Also, what a ball from Marc Cucurella.”
Estevao joined the west London side this summer from Palmeiras with Enzo Maresca’s team paying an initial fee of around £29m.
