Former Chelsea and Manchester United manager, Jose Mourinho, is among three managers to become the next coach of Nottingham Forest.
This was disclosed by talkSPORT’s transfer insider Alex Crook,l in a post on X.
Nottingham Forest had late last night sacked Santos as manager of the first team.
The Premier League made the decision less than two weeks after their 3-0 home defeat to West Ham United.
However, according to Crook, Mourinho, who was sacked as Fernabahce manager recently, former Tottenham Hotspur boss, Ange Postecoglou, and Fulham boss, Marco Silva, are the three coaches in Nottingham’s list to replace Santos.
“Ange Postecoglou, one of the early front runners to replace Nuno at #NFFC,” wrote on X.
“Marco Silvais is also admired by the hierarchy there, and Jose Mourinho is another option, although I understand Edu and Marinakis want a more progressive playing style, which was one of the issues with Nuno.”
