Manchester United manager, Ruben Amorim has revealed his conversations with legendary manager Sir Alex Ferguson about the club amid the Red Devils’ poor form.
Amorim and Ferguson shared a warm moment before Man United’s game against Brighton on Sunday.
Recall that Man United were defeated 3-1 against Brighton in the Premier League at Old Trafford.
“I speak with Sir Alex several times,” Ruben told Radio 5 Live. “I try to call him to keep being positive.
“It’s really good because I feel the history of the club but it’s hard, as they did such a good job, to be the guy leading the team at this moment.
“It’s really hard but we have to believe.”
Ferguson led Man United to win their most recent Premier League title in 2013.
But this season, Man United currently sit in the 13th position on the Premier League table with 26 points from 22 games.
United will face Rangers in the UEFA Europa League in their next game on Thursday.
