Liverpool winger, Mohamed Salah, has picked the greatest left-footed footballer of all time between Argentina legends Diego Maradona and Lionel Messi.
In an interview with France Football, Salah was asked who he thought was better.
The Egyptian was given several options, starting with James Rodriguez, Ryan Giggs, Angel Di Maria, to Diego Maradona, Lionel Messi and himself.
Di Maria stayed on his list for some time, taking out the likes of Giggs, Gareth Bale and Mesut Ozil.
But the final two choices were between Maradona and Messi, and then between the Inter Miami star and himself.
However, before he was asked whether he would see himself as better than Messi, Salah amusingly shut down his question.
Laughing as he quietly dismissed the query before it could even be asked, he simply asserted: “I stay with Messi!”
