England defeated Germany 3-2 in the final to lift a back-to-back trophy.
Harvey Elliott and Omari Hutchinson gave Lee Carsley’s side a 2-0 lead at Tehelné Pole.
But Germany fought back, thanks to goals from Nelson Weiper and Paul Nebel.
The encounter ended in a 2-2 draw after 90 minutes.
But Jonathan Rowe then scored in extra time to give England the victory against Germany.
However, following the end of the final match and tournament, England captain James McAtee won the Player of the Match award for the 2025 UEFA European Under-21 Championship final.
The Manchester City star was chosen by the UEFA Technical Observer Group because of the big impact he had in the final.
Similarly, England forward Harvey Elliott won the Player of the Tournament award for the 2025 UEFA European Under-21 Championship.
The Liverpool star had five goals in the tournament.
Also, Germany’s Nick Woltemade won the competition’s top scorer award with six goals.
