The wives of a popular businessman, Babangida Mai Goro, have been kidnapped by armed bandits in a late-night attack on Tuesday in Katsina State.
Security analyst, Bakatsine, revealed that the bandits invaded the home of the businessman in Dutsinma community in a post on his X platform.
He wrote “ALERT: Yesterday night, bandits invaded a home in GRA, Dutsin-Ma town, Katsina State, abducting the wives of Alh. Babangida Mai Goro, after not finding him at home. Disturbing that such an attack happened in a major town like Dutsin-Ma without challenge.”
Dutsinma town in Katsina has experienced repeated attacks by bandits, and several cases of kidnapping have been reported.
