The Leader of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has lashed out at pastors who travel to the United States, US, and other countries abroad frequently for revival programmes.
Primate Ayodele charged such pastors to visit the camp of witches and wizards for revival instead of frequenting the US and other countries abroad for crusades.https://urbanexpresslive.com/instead-of-us-camp-for-soul-winning-got-to-witches-primate-ayodele-tells-nigerian-pastors/
Speaking in Lagos, the clergyman said these pastors frequent abroad more for “pleasure” than genuine soul-winning missions.
He said, “Going to America to do revival is a lie. Why can’t you go to the camp of witches and wizards to convert them? Going to America is a pleasure.”
The clergyman said genuine evangelism should focus on spiritually challenging environments rather than well-structured foreign gatherings.
He charged pastors to demonstrate boldness by taking the gospel to places perceived as spiritually dark instead of organising high-profile events abroad.
“What informed my philanthropy is that it’s my mission. If I don’t do it, I won’t feel good. If I put clothes in the wardrobe, someone else will wear them when I date.
“So I don’t keep money; I don’t have to keep money when people are suffering.
“As a pastor, you follow what you preach.
