Moses Simon scored and also registered an assist in the final Ligue 1 game of the season as Nantes defeated Montpellier 3-0.

The win ensured Nantes escaped relegation after a difficult campaign.

Antoine Kamboure’s side finished the season in 13th position with 36 points from 34 matches.

Simon opened the scoring for Nantes from the penalty spot in the eighth minute.

The 29-year-old registered eight goals and 10 assists in 32 league appearances for the Canaries in the 2024/25 season.

He has been widely tipped to leave the former Ligue 1 champions this summer.
