Rivers United technical adviser, Finidi George has described his team’s performance in the draw against Remo Stars as their best of the season.
The Pride of Rivers held Remo Stars to a 0-0 draw at the Remo Stars Stadium on Sunday
Finidi commended the players for their performance in the encounter.
He believed that his team deserved more than a point from the game.
“I think it was a good game. I think it was one of our best games. We had chances but we couldn’t take them,” Finidi stated in a post-match interview.
“The players did so well in the game, reflecting more on the game we deserved more than the draw in the game because we created most of the chances.”
