Nigeria forward Victor Boniface has been subjected to an unusual series of tests by AC Milan ahead of his transfer to the Serie A giants, Urban Express News reports.
Milan has agreed to sign the powerful striker on loan from Bundesliga club Bayer Leverkusen for €5m with an option to buy for €25m.
Boniface, who arrived in Italy on Friday, visited the Milan club facilities, the Italian Olympic Committee, and Galeazzi Hospital in Milan for tests.
The 24-year-old will have more tests on Saturday (today), according to Football Italia.
Boniface has a history of different injuries in the past.
The player went under the knife for a ligament injury in March 2019 and December 2020.
He also had muscular problems twice last season.
