Victor Osimhen’s amazing overhead kick goal for Galatasaray against Antalyaspor has made it to the record books, Urban Express News Online reports.
According to CNN Turk, the superb strike was only the second goal in the world to be scored from a height of more than 2.30 metres barrier.
Osimhen’s goal was from a a height of 2.32 metres.
Only Cristiano Ronaldo’s overhead kick goal for Real Madrid against Juventus in the quarter-final of the UEFA Champions League in the 2017/2018 season bettered the forward’s feat.
Ronaldo’s well executed overhead kick goal was scored from 2.38 metres.
Osimhen has scored three times for Galatasaray since joining on loan from Napoli in the summer.
