Croatia midfielder, Luka Modric, named Bernardo Silva as the one other Portugal player he likes apart from their captain Cristiano Ronaldo.
The Real Madrid captain said this ahead of Croatia’s Nations League Group A match with Portugal on Thursday in Lisbon.
Modric and Ronaldo are were former club teammates at Real Madrid.
They played 222 matches across competitions together at Real Madrid, registering 16 joint goal contributions.
“Portugal team? Besides Cristiano Ronaldo, Bernardo Silva is the other player I like.
“He suits my taste,” Modric said (via MadridXtra).
