Morocco coach Walid Regragui has listed the things his team must do against Nigeria when both sides clash in the semi-final of the ongoing AFCON on Wednesday night.

Regragui said the Pharaohs need to maintain focus and dominate individual battles against  Nigeria on the pitch.

The 50-year-old stressed that any lapses in concentration could lead to the West Africans capitalising on the Atlas Lions’ mistakes.

“We need to concentrate and win our duels against Nigeria, and not retreat as we did against Cameroon, because they could punish us,” Regragui said at his pre-match interview on Tuesday.

“We need to raise our level in the second half so as not to let Nigeria breathe and get back into the game or maintain their technical strength,” he added.

Both Nigeria and Morocco enter the semi-final tie after winning their last games against Algeria and the Ivory Coast, respectively.
