Spokesman of the Federal Fire Service Aliyu M A confirmed the incident in a statement made available to Urban Express News Online

The statement read, “Today 12/11/2024 at about 1043hrs the Federal Fire Service received a distress call from Kuho village head, Zubairu Ahmad, of a tanker accident at Tsaida, Kwanar Kalle near Gamoji village along Maiduri Road.”

He said after the distress call the team rushed to the scene of the incident.

Aliyu said the fire was contained and brought under control due to the combined efforts of security personnel.

He said no life was lost, and only a minor injury was recorded.
