He Abandoned Governance for Politics-APC Accuses Oyo state Gov, Makinde of Failing in Responsibilities

 The All Progressives Congress, APC, in Oyo State, has alleged that the state governor, Seyi Makinde, has abandoned governance for politics.APC claimed that the governor has relegated his duties as Governor, alleging that he left matters requiring his attention as Governor for those related to his political ambition in 2027.https://urbanexpresslive.com/he-wont-go-scot-free-iran-vows-retaliation-against-trump-israeli-strikes/The party made these allegations in a statement signed by its Publicity Secretary, Wasiu Olawale Sadare, on Thursday.http://www.urbanexpresslive.conThe party noted that many things that require the attention of the governor have been abandoned because he was not available to provide the solutions.Sadare, in the statement, claimed that the recent security breaches, waste management and road accidents that occurred in the state recently required the attention of the governor, but he was nowhere to be found.https://urbanexpresslive.com/how-burna-boy-tems-became-african-artistes-with-most-billboard-hot-100-entries/The party then called on the governor to attend to the demands of governance in the state rather than pursuing politics.“This alarm might have come against the backdrop of some developments in the state in recent times, such as challenges of insecurity, waste management, avoidable loss of lives to road mishaps, among others, which political pundits and public affairs analysts believed should have received better attention from the Oyo state government“Last Tuesday, many lives of Ibadan residents were lost to a road accident at Oje market and a few hours later, Gov. Makinde gathered his supporters to discuss 2027 politics, and they all agreed on a date to leave the sinking ship (PDP). The following day, when residents were mourning in grief, Gov. Makinde decided to celebrate his reckless spending of the taxpayers’ money on the purchase of brand new cars for the inefficient elected council officials and illegal party officials.
