Armed bandits, on Monday, attacked Kemanji village in Kaiama Local Government Area of Kwara State, killing Soldiers, scores of people, Urban Express News reports.

Checks reveal that security agents, comprising the Nigerian Army and local vigilantes, engaged the bandits in an intense gun battle that lasted until 5 am.https://urbanexpresslive.com/davido-withdraws-loses-legal-custody-fight-for-daughter/

Recall that armed bandits recently invaded Woro and Nuku communities in Kaiama Local Government Area, killed scores, burnt houses and abducted over 100 residents who are still in captivity.

In another development, suspected bandits on Sunday reportedly attacked Ora Ayegbaju in Obbo-Ile, Ekiti local government area.

Three brothers were fatally injured during the attack, which occurred at about 22:00 hours, while others fled for safety.

The three injured were identified as AbdulJareem Adamu, AbdulJareem Yunusa and AbdulJareem Yusuf.

The three injured brothers are currently undergoing medical treatment at a hospital in Osi town.
