Leading Contestant for the office of Mosan Okunola Chairmanship Position, Pharmacist Oduwole Fredrick Adedeji, Popularly Known as Ofred, has debunked claims that he’s no longer in the race for the position of Chairmanship contest for Mosan Okunola LCDA, saying such were calculated Propaganda from his Opponents targeted at killing the morale of the good People of Mosan Okunola who are resolute in having the best candidate for the said Position
Ofred gave this submission to newsmen while submitting his Nomination Form at the Ikeja office of the All-Progressive Congress.
The Pharmacist turned Politician said his ambition remains the People’s choice, adding that the significance of this was in the will of family and friends and Party loyalists who supported him financially in buying the form, only for one reason, because they believed in me delivering the dividend of Democracy
When asked to comment about what some sections of the inhabitants in the local council Area are agitating about having another female take the Position this time, he said: “Every position of leadership in democracy is open for both male and female Folks; therefore, it’s an open contest. The people’s choice voting for me and standing beside me till the end will make a difference, he reiterates!
Some inhabitants in Mosan Okunola have been clamoring for male candidate for the Mosan Okunola chairmanship position citing their experiences in the many leadership issues from female dominated leadership for sometimes now, saying democracy and its dividends were seriously lacking at the grassroot with no any impact to show for it since they’ve been experiencing female chairmen in Mosan Okunola
