Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa as the candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, is seeking to retain his seat.

Aiyedatiwa is facing top contenders like Ajayi Agboola of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Olorunfemi Festus of the Labour Party, and Abbas Mimiko – Zenith Labour Party.
