Orgasm has become a major concern, but a shy to talk about topic in society. It has become a serious issue not only among single ladies but also among the senior folks who are married.
Orgasm, which was supposed to be naturally pleasurable, has become a thing of quest for most ladies. Let’s take a proper look at the meaning of orgasm before going into more details.
According to Oxford dictionary, orgasm is a rush of sexual excitement, specifically the climax or peak of sexual pleasure which occurs during sexual activities and in which, in males, may include ejaculation and in females, vaginal contraction. It can also be known as the climax, characterised by intensely pleasurable feelings centred in the genitals.
After getting a clear understanding of the meaning of the word orgasm, it is best to say that it is something that gives a satisfying desire. Unfortunately, not many ladies have felt this feeling; this has made a lot of girls question their femininity, worried that something is wrong with them.
Research has shown that 10% to 15% of women have never had an orgasm in coitus activity; it doesn’t make a girl abnormal. Sexual response involves the mind and body working together in a complex way.
Some factors indicate why some girls may not orgasm during coitus.
1. Fatigue, stress or depression.
2. Lack of knowledge about sexual function.
3. Shyness or embarrassment about asking for the type of touching that works best.
4. Partner issues.
5. Certain drugs that are prescribed, the most common drugs used to treat depression (SSRIS), known as selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, may cause this problem
If you happen to fall under these stated categories, this is the reason why orgasm is not forthcoming, and for those who are free from these stated factors, it simply means you fall among the 10% of women who do not experience orgasm during coitus. I want you to know that orgasm comes in different ways for women; it might not come like the normal exaggeration among ladies’ groups that describes it as a form of a gushing fountain or electric waves. Sometimes the silent sign, the sudden relief and smile that embraces your face or the need to use the restroom or the urge to sleep; it can also come in the form of total satisfaction.
If you have ever felt these, then you have orgasm. Understand your body, build self-confidence, take supplements, observe your rest, tell your partner how you like to be touched, don’t be shy, eat fruits, stay hydrated and calm, and stop spending money buying products to help you orgasm. Find what works for you, put in your A game, flow with the chemistry and enjoy the moment. Your feedback on this article can help a lot of ladies recognise they are not alone.
I leave you with this: a good coitus makes you look younger and radiant.
