Former Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, Prof Attahiru Jega on Thursday, submitted a report recommending ways to transform the livestock sector in Nigeria to President Bola Tinubu.

Jega was appointed the co-chairman of the presidential committee on the implementation of livestock reforms by the Tinubu-led administration in July this year.
