Manchester City star, Savinho, is set to join Tottenham Hotspur after Spurs opened club-to-club talks to sign the Brazilian this summer.
According to Fabrizio Romano, negotiations are ongoing between Tottenham and City as Savinho is also open to the move if both clubs can agree on a fee for his transfer.
Tottenham Hotspur manager Thomas Frank has already indicated Savinho as the ideal player to help improve his squad.
Savinho only joined Manchester City in 2024 from Troyes.
Meanwhile, in another development, Manchester United winger Alejandro Garnacho is patiently waiting for his move to Chelsea to happen later this summer transfer window.
The Argentina international has already agreed on personal terms with the Blues.
He recently posted a picture of himself inside a gym sitting down with one of his hands placed on his head.
Garnacho fell out with Man United manager Ruben Amorim at some point last season before he was introduced to the squad.
