Serie A giants, Atletico Madrid, are looking to wrap up the signing of Ademola Lookman before the end of this month.
The Nerrazzuri are desperate to sign the Nigerian international from Atalanta this summer.
Inter already had a bid rejected for Lookman.
Atalanta is demanding €50m for the player, while Inter Milan valued him at around €40m.
According to Football Italia, Inter will open talks again with Atalanta this week to sort out this deal.
Lookman has already agreed personal terms with Cristian Chivu’s side.
Serie A champions Napoli and Atletico Madrid are also interested in the speedy winger.
