Transfer: Why Super Falcons Forward, Sabastine Joins Galatasaray

Super Falcons forward, Flourish Sabastine has linked up with Turkish Women’s Super League club, Galatasaray.

Sabastine signed a one-year contract with the Yellow and Reds.

The 20-year-old moved to Galatasaray from French outfit, Stade Reims.

Urban Express News Online recalls another Super Falcons star, Oluwatosin Demehin joined Galatasaray in September.

She played for Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) side Bayelsa Queens before moving abroad.

Sabastine was part of the Falconets squad to the 2022 and 2024 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup.

Galatasaray currently occupy sixth position in the Turkish Women’s Super League table.
