AC Milan legend Clarence Seedorf has said that Paris Saint-Germain did what he expected Arsenal to do during both teams’ UEFA Champions League semi-final first leg tie at Emirates Stadium on Tuesday.
PSG defeated Arsenal 1-0 in the Champions League last-4 first leg tie, thanks to Ousmane Dembele’s first-half goal.
Speaking about the clash in north London, Seedorf also said the Gunners need to change their mentality.
The former midfielder told Amazon Prime: “For Arsenal to really elevate to that winning team, they have to shift their mentality.
“PSG did what I expected Arsenal to do. They pressed high [up the pitch].”
The Champions League semi-final return leg will take place next Wednesday.
But before the encounter, Arsenal will take on Bournemouth in the Premier League this weekend.
PSG, meanwhile, will face Strasbourg in a French Ligue 1 clash on Saturday.
