Nollywood actress and media personality Dorcas Shola Fapson, aka Ms DSF, has clarified her claim that her colleague, Toke Makinwa, secretly is tying the knot with her rumoured longtime partner, Farouk Umar.
Reports emerged Sunday that Makinwa and Umar have secretly tied the knot after photos of them at an event the actress claimed was her “thanksgiving” ceremony, went viral.
Ms DSF further fuelled the rumours after hinting that Makinwa and Umar were getting married on social media.
Reacting to the viral report in a video message shared via her social media page, Ms DSF clarified that her earlier claim was a “joke.”
She explained that the event was not Makinwa and Umar’s marriage ceremony but the actress’ “thanksgiving” ahead of her birthday.
She said, “Bloggers please, I’m just joking. They [Toke Makinwa and Farouk Umar] are not getting married. Toke is just doing thanksgiving for her birthday.”
She captioned the video, “I play too much and bloggers eat sh*t too fast.”
Toke Makinwa was previously married to businessman, Maje Ayida. They got married in 2014 but their marriage ended in 2017.
